An international team with an office in London and a diverse bunch in Dublin - Italian, Polish, South African, Canadian and even a few people from Cork.
Our dev team are primarily Computer Science (or similar) graduates with industry backgrounds in travel, mobile or e-Commerce
We're a social bunch too in addition to the company nights out a few times per year.

Hardware: Desktop or notebook
OS: Most develop on Windows, some Ubuntu and Mac OS X for those that prefer shiny things.
IDE: Primarily Eclipse, some rogue IntelliJ IDEA users. Xcode for for those that ... you get it!
In short, within reason, whatever makes you productive.

Server Side: Lots of Open Source, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Java, HTML5, Java, Tomcat, Apache, Java, MySQL and occasionally some Java.
Client Side: Mobile Web (HTML), Advanced JavaScript/CSS, native iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Java ME and Windows Phone.

We're not big on process for process' sake.
Agile leaning - stand-ups, continuous integration, story based development, software on a customer facing test site ASAP.
All driven day to day primarily by Jira and Confluence
